The Garibaldi Museum is now offering
transportation scholarships to Tillamook County schools to visit the
Garibaldi Museum. With the rising price of gas and
transportation costs, this will help students and staff experience
the maritime history of Tillamook Bay. The scholarship will
cover bus costs for field trips to the museum up to $200 for each
group. There are a total of four scholarships available.

Activities: Students will
¨ visit the Garibaldi Museum
¨ view a film strip about Captain Robert Gray at the museum
¨ listen to the narratives by the museum docents
¨ engage in the interactive exhibits in the Garibaldi Museum
¨ complete the museum quiz sheets at the museum in cooperative groups
